What We Do
PERFORMANCE ENGINE BUILDING
LINE BORING AND HONING
Healing line borer for doing main and cam tunnels and more.
Sunnen line hone for doing main and cam tunnels and more.
CRANKSHAFT GRINDING AND LINISHING
We have an AMC Schou K-2000 crankshaft grinder for grinding main and big end journals as well as rear main conversions and more.
CRANKSHAFT BALANCING
We have a Hines digital balancer for crankshaft, flywheel and clutch balancing.
CNC MACHINING
We have two CNC machining centres to cater for our custom part manufacturing that we use in our engines and fit outs.

CYLINDER BORING AND SURFACING
LIFTER BORE MODIFICATIONS
We perform block work in a Schou vertical borer and surfacer. We have BHJ tooling for most common V8s that allows us to do oversized lifter and lifter bushings as required.
DIAMOND CYLINDER HONING
We have a Sunnen SV10 Diamond Hone with a large range of torque plates for most common engines.
